Rules & Safety Guidelines
Respect the river, ride with honor, come back safe

Before departure
- Riders must be 18 or older
- A signed waiver is required before every boarding, via a link sent by email/LINE after booking
- Original ID card or passport for every rider (photographed when signing the waiver — a parent/guardian of any rider under 18 must bring theirs too)
- Wear a life jacket and the engine safety lanyard at all times while riding
- Check the craft is working properly before departure
- Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs

While riding
- Ride at a speed appropriate to river conditions
- Keep a safe distance from other vessels
- Always give way to passenger boats, cargo boats, and large vessels
- Never cut across the path of any vessel at close range
- No racing, drifting, spinning, wave jumping, or stunts
- Stay away from piers, temples, houses, swimmers, and moored boats
- Slow down near communities, bridges, bends, and busy traffic

Prohibited
- Do not leave the designated route
- Do not take the craft outside the permitted area
- Do not tow other vessels or any objects
- Only the registered renter may operate the craft
- Do not modify, remove equipment, or disable safety systems

In an emergency
- Slow down and cut the engine if needed
- Contact Mercury immediately
- In an accident, do not move the craft until instructed (unless necessary for safety)

Renter is responsible for
- Damage caused by misuse or breaking the rules
- Fines or damages from breaking the law
- Loss of equipment provided with the craft
By using or boarding the jet ski, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all of the rules above and the pre-ride safety briefing, and agrees to abide by them in full.
